Before the results were out and Mbappe scored two goals to equalize with Messi and Di Maria’s goals, xQc posted a screenshot on his Twitter predicting the amount of money he could take him if France won.

However, Mbappe’s hat trick and one penalty weren’t enough to take them across the line, and Messi and co. lifted the trophy. While all of this was happening, xQc had cashed out at $5k and explained to his audience that the final result wouldn’t have mattered since France wouldn’t have won in the 90 mins of playtime.

He explained: “Yes, I shouldn’t have cashed out. But at the same time, you guys need to understand that it didn’t matter in the end because now at this point I already lost. Me and Train’s bet was for a win at 90 minutes plus extra time.

“We are past that, now we are going to overtime. So, that doesn’t matter anymore. I would have lost regardless.”

He also admitted to losing as much as $2 million while gambling in online casinos.
