With WWE Hell in a Cell 2019 on the horizon, fans have marked the date on their calendar. Earlier just a match type that was sparingly used to settle a blood feud, it now has an entire pay per view named after it.

Despite the name, not all matches on the card will feature the dreaded cell. Only matches with huge stakes (mostly the main-event matches) take place inside the 24-foot-high roofed cell structure.

It is easy to understand the appeal of the format. The competitors, locked inside the cage, fight each other with no disqualifications. Everything and anything goes, so long as you get to make your opponent tap out or lie down for the three count.

So far the WWE have announced 3 matches for the event with 2 of them taking place inside the titular closed cage. Seth Rollins will defend his Universal Championship against Bray Wyattā€™s fiend persona and Becky Lynch will take on Sasha Banks with her Raw Womenā€™s championship on the line.

Both of these matches will be hell in a cell matches while Roman Reigns will team up with Daniel Bryan to take on the former Wyatt Family stablemates and more recently the ex-Bludgeon brothers, Erick Rowan and Luke Harper.

When and where to watch Hell in a Cell 2019 in India

WWE Hell in a Cell will air live in India on October 7th 2019. The Kick off show will begin around 3:30 am and the Main Show will telecast live from 4:30 am IST onwards.

In India, fans can watch Hell in a Cell onĀ Ten 1 and Ten 3. The show starts at 5:30 am on Tuesday. Hell in a Cell can also be streamed live on theĀ WWE Network. New customers can sign up for a one-month free trial and can cancel it anytime.
