Silverstone GP Luxury apartments: British GP to lure prospective customers with luxury apartments overlooking the circuit
The multi-room luxury apartments at Silverstone will go on sale from 2022, and is expected to attract a lot of suitors.
Silverstone is one of the most iconic circuits in the world Formula One. It attracts large crowds every year, promising a fantastic weekend of ultra-fast racing. Only this year, the coronavirus has hampered those plans, with no fans to be allowed. Silverstone is due to hold two races – British Grand Prix and the 70th anniversary GP, marking F1’s existence.

Silverstone with big plans for the 2022 season
The 2020 races haven’t even begun yet, but plans are already being laid out for 2022. In line with this, 60 luxury apartments will come up on the outskirts of the circuit. They would be situated near the Maggotts corner of the British Grand Prix.

Escapade Living are the developers, and call themselves a “lifestyle-led property developer.” The apartments have two, three and four-bedroom options, with prices ranging from £650,000 to £1.65 million. The developers put out a statement, highlighting the USP of the property.
“It will give guests the chance to live out their racing ambitions and offer unparalleled sightlines of the circuit.”
Escapade Silverstone and motorsport
Escapade Living also make the bold claim that “it will seek to redefine access to motorsport.” In line with this, buyers will get access to all major race weekends at Silverstone.
The work on the luxury project will will begin in autumn this year, after permission was granted last year by authorities. Silversone is also coming up with a hotel complex opposite the track pit and paddock.
