Jordan Leavitt inflicted one of the most unusual knockouts in the history of UFC against Matt Wiman at UFC Vegas 16.
A knockout is not a unique maneuver but when one slams his opponent to closeout the match then those who witness can only wonder the rareness of the such occurrence. UFC Vegas 16 testified similar scenes.
At the event, a promising Lightweight prospect Jordan Leavitt made his professional debut in UFC and knocked his opponent unconscious after a brutal slam.

The match could only last till 22 seconds of round-1 and ended after Wiman’s back head hit the ground hard.

There were concerns initially about the well-being of Wiman but the veteran MMA fighter regained consciousness and walked out on both feet.
In the post-match interview with Jon Anik, Leavitt also spared a thought for his fallen opponent but also weighed-in on the fact that this is an intense game.

Jordan Leavitt Paid Respect To Mat Wiman’s Wife
Before the interview, Leavitt met with Wiman’s wife as well and seemingly apologized for the damage he had to inflict in order to get the victory over her husband.
