‘Show me something spectacular’: Khabib Nurmagomedov Tells Dana White He is Open To Return To The UFC
Dana White reveals what Khabib Nurmagomedov told him in the meeting. The Pound-For-Pound No.1 fighter states, only a spectacular fighting act from fellow Lightweights can bring him back.
Earlier in the day, Dana White announced that he will reveal the outcome of his meeting with Khabib Nurmagomedov during UFC Fight Island 7, and the UFC boss did come on television to give an update about Khabib’s future.
While before the scheduled interaction with Khabib, Dana White said that it is going to be a short 5-minute meeting and he is only going to give a Yes or No option to the Eagle. So, when today he took to social media to announce that he knows the final word of Khabib and it is going to impact next week’s Pay-Per-View event UFC 257, it was apparent that a huge reveal is in-coming.
However, what the UFC boss eventually disclosed, seemingly did not give a clear picture.

Khabib Nurmagomedov is Waiting for Spectacular
Dana White, who said he will answer the biggest question on Khabib at 3 p.m ET, took a little longer and appeared after the culmination of the first fight of the main card of UFC Fight Island 7. In a brief address, Dana White said Khabib has told him he has accomplished everything he wanted to in the sport, and hence implied that a comeback is not in his mind.
White later said Khabib conveyed to him that he is impressed with Charles Oliveira and would have eyes on next week’s marquee show. And said, if in case the event’s feature Lightweight fighters do something spectacular then he could change his mind and make a return to the Octagon.

So, it is not a yes from Khabib but more importantly there is no vehement denial on a comeback. Therefore, hopes are alive. Will we witness another flight of the eagle? Is the rematch between Conor McGregor and him written in the stars? The resounding questions are still intact and are longing to find an answer.
