“LeBron James is a better dancer than Michael Jordan”: NBA Fans react to the Lakers star’s new Mountain Dew commercial featuring LeBron the Salsa King
Unlike us mere mortals, LeBron James has very different expectations of himself. His new Mountain Dew commercial illustrates it pretty well.
As an 18-year-old who chose to get ‘The Chosen One’ tattooed on his back, LeBron has always been a very different breed of human being from most of us average folks.
The King came into the world’s best basketball league as a teenager and made grown men look like boys. It’s hardly a surprise that he exudes the charisma of a supermodel while endorsing products. One look at his new Mountain Dew commercials should be enough for you to get this.

NBA Twitter reacts to LeBron James acting like a salsa king
The bit that got most viewers going was James’s short Salsa dancing clip. LeBron played the role of a ‘Salsa King’ in one of the alternate timelines from the commercial.

No contest. Much funnier too. He needs to bring back “The Lebron’s” commercial.

so much talk about the lebron dancing video, when really we should still be talking about the jaylen brown dancing video(s) pic.twitter.com/KvhEknhljj

There’s a diverse range of reactions. The inevitable Michael Jordan comparisons were made to questionable effect. Jaylen Brown videos were spammed. There also was this amazing clip about what judges from Dancing with the Stars would be thinking right now.

We hope James is able to dance on the court as well, sooner rather than later. The game is just not the same without its best player taking the floor for the Lakers.
