“Coach Bud is gonna be done”: Jay Williams analyzes Bucks’ poor performance in Game 2 against the Brooklyn Nets
ESPN analyst Jay Williams recently called out Milwaukee Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer on his show Keyshawn Jwill and Zubin.
The Milwaukee Bucks had a successful start to their 2021 NBA Playoffs sweeping the Miami Heat 4-0 in a redemption series from last year’s loss to the Heat in the Conference semi-finals.
The Bucks had a lot of pressure entering into this year’s playoffs, especially Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak has been unable to replicate his regular-season success in the Playoffs despite being back-to-back MVP.
In a recent episode of ESPN’s Keyshawn Jwill and Zubin, Jay Williams spoke about how Bucks head coach, Mike Budenholzer’s job, was in danger considering how the Bucks were annihilated by the Brooklyn Nets in Game 2.
Coach Bud…. I mean. Is it time?

The Milwaukee Bucks are under the radar in the 2021 NBA Playoffs
In the past 2-years, the Bucks have been unable to make a successful run in the post-season despite being the No 1 seed in the last few years. There is a lot on the line going into the current playoffs concerning the Bucks organization.
Jwill, in his latest episode even went on to say that if the Milwaukee Bucks would not make it to the conference finals in a couple of years, Giannis would be interested in taking his talent somewhere else, citing Kevin Durant’s example of Golden State Warriors.
There is no doubt that the Bucks have upgraded in the last season by adding the likes of Jrue Holiday and PJ Tucker, who is one of the best defenders in the league. Despite the above fact, the Bucks seem overmatched by the offensive powerhouse, which is Brooklyn Nets
In-Game 2 of the semi-finals, the Nets led by as much as 49-points during one point of the match. The former Defensive Player of the Year, Giannis Antetokounmpo, was not able to keep up with the efficient shooting of 2x NBA Finals MVP Kevin Durant.
