Jake Paul Joins Justin Gaethje to Mock Paddy Pimblett for ‘Begging $50K Bonus’ From Dana White
Paddy Pimblett emerged victorious in his toughest test to date when he was granted the unanimous decision triumph against Jared Gordon on Saturday night. Pimblett earned a 29-28 victory on all three judges’ scorecards and was handed the victory. While a vast majority of fighters and fans of the sport believe that he lost the contest, Pimblett was absolutely confident that he had done enough to earn the victory.
Nevertheless, the Brit vanquished his foe and is moving on to bigger and brighter things.
Given his relationship with Dana White, which became transparent following the release of his tendentious episode on his podcast, that berated MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, there was no doubt he would be rewarded for his display this past weekend.
As such, Pimblett’s antics in the wake of his victory left former interim UFC lightweight champion, Justin Gaethje and Pimblett’s latest adversary Jake Paul confounded.

Jake Paul and Justin Gaethje question Paddy Pimblett’s frolics!
In the aftermath of his triumphant showdown against Jared Gordon, on his way backstage, Pimblett was seen talking to members of the media and Dana White, asking for the $50000 bonus for his apparent ‘Fight of the Night’!
Equally sad/bad to see a fighter begging for $50K when the guy he’s begging is making hundreds of millions a year from fighters.

Pimblett said-
“Dana, Dana, Dana..Fight of the night?”
A member of the Barstool Sports can be heard concurring with Pimblett, to which Gaethje took an exception. He responded to the viral video on Twitter stating-
“This makes the barstool guys look really bad. Just bending over for the lad. Fight of the night? Barstool can give him 50k but that performance will never get you a bonus in the octagon.”
The 27-year-old’s latest nemesis, Jake Paul responded to the Highlight’s tweet as well, and commented-
“Equally sad/bad to see a fighter begging for $50K when the guy he’s begging is making hundreds of millions a year from fighters.”
It seems as though Paul’s long-standing problems with the UFC president are far from over. Not to mention, his agenda to ensure that fighters are remunerated accordingly hasn’t taken a hiatus.
UFC Fighter Pay!
The UFC has for the better part of the past decade dealt with the issue of having to deal with numerous protests from fighters, the media, and fans alike regarding athletes being compensated rightfully.
Jake Paul, since his arrival into the combat sports spectrum, has campaigned for an enhancement in fighter pay. Hopefully, with his continued persistence and pressure on the subject, there might be hope after all for the athletes of tomorrow to be rightfully paid their fair value.
