It has Double Time, Tracker, Spotter, and Ghost. Ghost will not let you appear on enemy maps when a UAV is overhead. Double Time improves movement speed. Tracker lets you see enemy footsteps, while Spotter lets you see enemy equipment through walls.

Any package that lets you carry two primary weapons is the best one. This perk package has Overkill, Strong Arm, Spotter, and Survivor. Strong Arm gives a long-distance throw for lethal and tactical throwables. Overkill lets you carry two primary weapons. This weapon class is perfect for slayers and solo players.
