Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez’s $60,000,000 Residence, With a Breathtaking Sports Lounge, Even Trumps Tom Brady’s Moated Mansion Which Now Belongs to Dr. Dre

After almost 2 years of constant searching, Hollywood power couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have finally settled on a place. Their new $60 million mega-mansion in Beverly Hills is being called the crown jewel of the already extravagant neighborhood. Paparazzi spotted them with moving crews as the couple seem to be wasting no time in moving into the brand-new home.

The premises, once listed for about $135 million, boasts a wide variety of luxuries. These include a built-in cinema, a wine room, a spa, a salon, and a massage room. This is apart from the indoor pickleball court, boxing ring, and sports lounge. Plus, the mansion houses about 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and a staggering 15 fireplaces. No wonder this was a hot property on the market.

Celebrities with money are not shy from making massive purchases. Whether it be a movie star or an athlete, the cash is easy to spend when there is a lot of it. One of the most iconic homeowners in the NFL is Tom Brady, who used to flip houses to make massive profits back in the day. One such house was his $40 million Brentwood Mansion, one that he sold to Hip Hop legend Dr. Dre.

Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, were very enthusiastic about buying empty plots of land and building their dream homes. One such project was supposed to be their mansion on Billionaire’s Island. Sadly, that project ground to a halt after the couple got divorced. Now, though, Brady is no longer active in the real estate market, for now.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have had their own share of troubles during their relationship. Though, their troubles mostly revolve around real estate problems. The couple reportedly went into escrow on multiple properties and pulled out just before closing. However, it seems now they might just have the perfect place to settle into. That is, until something fancier catches their eye.

One thing that fans can be sure of, is that the couple will not face any trouble trying to fill out their sprawling home. According to reports, massive boxes and multiple pieces of furniture were strewn across the driveway as a horde of movers tried to get everything in as quickly as they could. Within a week, Affleck and Lopez should be ready to start hosting friends and family at their place.

It does not look like Tom Brady might make a comeback to the Real Estate world

Perhaps Tom Brady could have been the property advisor that Affleck and Lopez needed. However, it doesn’t look like anyone can hire his services for the foreseeable future. Brady is quite busy with his family and his companies. Especially his clothing brand BRADY, which is becoming a very popular line of clothing in America.

Not to mention, TB12 now has a taste of Hollywood, through his film ’80 for Brady’. He could very well start pushing for more projects, and that could eat up even more time from his already jam-packed schedule. One thing he will not compromise on is family time. His split with Bundchen may have just reinforced how badly he needs to be around family. Maybe he can teach his kids the tricks of the real estate world.
