Russell Wilson and Ciara Wilson’s Listed Seattle Mansion Faces Significant Drop in Value Within 4 Months
In April 2022, superstar QB Russell Wilson and his wife Ciara decided to put their luxurious West Bellevue Home up for sale with an initial price tag of $28,000,000. As Russell was traded off to Broncos, the family resettled in Denver, calling the hilltop mansion their home.
However, after four months on the market, in August 2022, they decided to reduce the asking price by a significant amount, bringing it down from the initial listing value. Despite the adjustment, the property has remained unsold for 457 days, and the listing is still active.
Hitting the market in April 2022 and valued at $28 million, the ‘905 Shoreland Drive Southeast’ home dropped by $2 million in value in just 4 months. One of the most beautiful skylines and an amazing landscape around is the highlight of the West Bellevue Home.
The private beaches and gardens with a lake with docks for four boats also add immensely to the overall aesthetic of the property. Inside the West Bellevue Home, the area is divided into six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with an inside area of 11,104 square feet.
As reported by Downtown Bellevue Network, the house has a professional gym, yoga studio, and a 14-foot prep island to boast. Notably enough, the place also has a sports court, a play structure, and multiple patios. The house was extensively remodeled after Russell Wilson and Ciara purchased it for $6.7 million, almost 8 years ago.
Star Couple’s Exquisite New Home in Denver
The mansion where the Wilson family currently resides in Denver isn’t too humble a residence either. After getting traded to the Broncos, the Wilsons shifted to a $25 million estate, setting the record for the highest-paid residential property in the Denver area. The property situated in the Cherry Hills Village area has a 5.5-acre spread, previously owned by billionaire Gary Magness.

The property consists of 20,000 square feet set with four bedrooms, and seven bathrooms. It also has an apartment for guests, and staff as well. The area of Russell’s current home is almost double, in comparison to his Seattle property. Moreover, the Denver residence also includes a formal dining room and library.
In addition to this, there are two dressing rooms and an indoor pool and spa in the footballer’s new home. A circle of trees, a Front Range view, a dining terrace, lawns, and a serene pond with a waterfall are some of the other luxuriously framed features on the property.
While it sure seems that Wilson’s family has nicely settled in Denver, Russell needs to bring out his A-game in the coming season in order to prolong his stay in the beautiful city.
