The reason behind this might be the fact that the game is having a tough time with reviews. It got a 2.7 score on the Playstation store. The performance on the PS4 is also deplorable as the game doesn’t even cross the 60 fps mark on 1080p resolution. Clearly, the game was meant for PS4 Pro and PS5.

- Make sure you haven’t played too much of the game. If this is the case, then you may have a chance at getting a refund for the game.

- After clicking on contact us, you will have to then open the chatbox.
- You will then be asked a few questions and if eligible for a refund, you will then be redirected to an agent from Sony.
Keep in mind that this still might not work out. Unfortunately, Playstation is not the best platform to seek out a Cyberpunk 2077 refund.

For Xbox, people are saying that refunds are fairly easier to come by and shouldn’t be too much of a hassle to get one.
Steam is also allowing for refunds as long as not more than 2 hours of the game, progression-wise, have been played.
