After launching the 4.2.0 update in Battlefield 2042, DICE has refreshed its set of weekly missions and rewards. This week, the game received a massive rework to ‘Discarded,’ aiming to make it a more fun and diverse environment to play. That is just one of a few major areas of improvement like Uniform Soldier Aiming for controller players. Aside from gameplay changes, a bunch of new bundles have also been added to the game. Here’s everything fresh this week.
Battlefield 2042 Season 4 Week 9 missions and rewards
Tier 1:
- 10 Kills and Assists (4 Battle Pass Points)
- 300 Damage Inflicted With Vehicles (4 Battle Pass Points)
- 10 Teammates Revived (4 Battle Pass Points)
Tier 2 (Available after completing two missions)
- 500 Damage Inflicted or Repaired to Vehicles (5 Battle Pass Points)
- 12 Objectives Captured or Neutralized While Playing as Engineer (5 Battle Pass Points)
- 20 Kills and Revives (5 Battle Pass Points)

- 15 Kills and Assists When Destroying Vehicles With Shoulder-Launched Missiles (6 Battle Pass Points)

- 100 Enemies Spotted (6 Battle Pass Points)

Here’s a summary of all the new additions this week:
- Map Rework: Discarded.
- Collection &Customization Improvements such as the ability to remove Weapon Attachments from Weapons within the Collections Screen.
