The Team of the Season continues with EA Sports releasing new TOTS cards for ROSHN Saudi League. FIFA 23 fans would now have access to eight more special cards to make their Ultimate Team squads even better than before.
EA Sports didn’t keep themselves limited to major leagues but also took released Team of the Season for not-so-relevant leagues like EFL and Saudi League. The TOTS from the latter league recently got added to FIFA 23, which are now available through Transfer Market and in-game packs.
Unlike other leagues, the developers didn’t take votes from fans for the ROSHN Saudi League TOTS. Further, this league didn’t also receive a starting eleven and some additional players to create a complete squad. Instead, EA Sports chose the eight best-performing players from the league and gave them a significant boost.
The super FIFA 23 ROSHN Saudi League TOTS
The following eight ROSHN Saudi League players got themselves a FIFA 23 Team of the Season card:
Goalkeeper
- 88 GK – Marcelo Grohe (Al-Ittihad)
Defender
- 89 CB – Hassan Tombakti (Al-Shabab)
- 88 CB – Ahmed Hegazi (Al-Ittihad)
Midfielder
- 93 CAM – Anderson Talisca (Al-Nassr)
Attacker
- 91 CF – Romarinho da Silva (Al-Ittihad)
- 89 RW – Mohamed Fouzair (Al-Raed)
- 90 ST – Odion Ighalo (Al-Hilal)
- 96 ST – Cristiano Ronaldo (Al-Nassr) [TOTS Moments]
Al-Ittihad is having a great season, as they are currently leading the ROSHN Saudi League. Marcelo Grohe, Ahmed Hegazi, and Romarinho da Silva played a huge role in the club’s success. As a result, these three Al-Ittihad players received Team of the Season cards.
Anderson Talicia has been exceptional for Al-Nassr, helping them fight for the league title. So it was only fair for EA Sports to reward him with a TOTS. There is one more player who got his name on the Team of the Season list. It is none other than the “Greatest of All Time” Cristiano Ronaldo. Despite joining the league in between the season, the Portuguese striker has already proved himself as a goalscoring machine, leading to his Saudi League cards.
Aside from the two dominating clubs, players like Hassan Tombakti and Mohamed Fouzair from other renowned Arabic clubs also appeared on the list. It’s hard to imagine a Saudi League TOTS without anyone from Al-Hilal, another powerhouse team in the league. So their ace Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo also received a boosted special card.
Fans shouldn’t waste time thinking about whether they should get these cards or not. They should definetly these high-rated special cards, as they will drastically improve any low-tier squad’s performance. Further, these Saudi League Team of the Season cards are only available for a limited time.
