We bring to you the Weather Report, Pitch Report and Head to Head of the 51st match of IPL 2018 to be played between RCB and SRH at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.

One of the late bloomers of the IPL along with MI, RCB have drastically improved as the business of the tournament has approached. They have won their last two games against Delhi Daredevils and Kings XI Punjab and are looking hungry for more.

However, it would not be easy for the Virat Kohli led side to get the better of the table toppers SunRisers Hyderabad as they get ready to take them on their home ground at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

All the same, the much famed bowling line up of SRH has conceded 180 runs or more in their last two matches. While DD took them for 187 runs, CSK followed with a clinical chase with 180 for 2 on the board.

Weather Report

Bangalore has been living up to its name of having a very erratic weather. The tech city has been seeing a lot of rain for the past couple of days and the fans have grown very anxious. The bad news is that lest the rain plays spoilsport, it would be a death knell for RCB’s IPL campaign this year.

However, the weather seems to be clearing up at the right time which comes as good news for Kohli and Co. The afternoon is expected to be partly sunny. The atmosphere would become a lot cooler and cloudy as the game progresses but there is no forecast for rain.

Pitch Report

As opposed to last year, the pitch at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore has played a lot better. A lot of runs would be on offers as the RCB fans would expect the famed pair of Kohli and ABD to continue their good run.

At the same time, there would be ample support for the pacers due to the overhead conditions. Umesh Yadav and Tim Southee would fancy their chances at the venue.

Head to Head

In the 11matches that the two teams have played till now, Sunrisers Hyderabad have had the wood on Royal Challengers Bangalore. While RCB has won 4 games, the Kane Williamson side has got the better of them in 7 encounters.

However, having gained momentum from the last couple of victories, RCB would desperately need to better their record if they have to remain in the mix in IPL 2018.
