MJ currently owns the Charlotte Hornets and has been on scene for the All-Star weekend, having already addressed the media on Friday.

Michael Jordan addressed a question about Westbrook and Harden’s incredible streaks in the NBA. The greatest basketball player of all time said that the greatest NBA streak of all time would still have to be his 6 NBA finals wins in 6 attempts.

Now, Klay Thompson was obviously quizzed about Michael Jordan and what his favourite story about the great man was.

The Warriors man ended up quoting ‘Space Jam’ as his favourite Michael Jordan story of all time.

Thompson admitted that he loved the movie and probably was his favourite Michael Jordan related thing.

“Favorite MJ story? Man, I don’t know. My favorite MJ story is probably just Space Jam. I love that movie. That movie is timeless.” Thompson said.

Space Jam came out in 1996, at a time when people were struggling to understand what MJ did during his first retirement.

Space Jam captured all of that while being coupled with the Looney Tunes and became a world wide phenomenon.

The movie is regarded as one of the greatest basketball movies of all time, grossing $230 million worldwide and making Michael Jordan a bigger global icon than he already was.

Klay Thompson has been having a brilliant season for the Warriors, averaging 21.9 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists this season.

He would be hoping to set the All-Star game on fire tomorrow night in Charlotte.
