As you can see in the Tweet above, the update will release on June 7 worldwide. There are tons of new features players can experience after they download this update. Firstly, we are getting two new mobs called The Sniffer Mob and the Camel Mob. Both of them can be found in the Desert Biomes.
Players can use the camel as a source of transport while the Sniffer can sniff out seeds for you. You can learn more about them here. In addition, players can finally do Archeology in the game. One can use the latest Brush tool to break suspicious blocks to farm ancient pottery shards.
We are also getting a Cherry Blossom biome. The best part about this update is that all the features introduced were gradual. Mojang did not drop everything at once and allowed players to experience each feature and gameplay change one by one. Now that the players are familiar with everything they can easily get into the rhythm of the update right after downloading it.

Simply go to the Minecraft Launcher during the day of the update and click on the version list beside the play button. Look for the latest version which will be the 1.20 version.
