"Chris Paul and Devin Booker just surpassed the Splash Brothers": The Phoenix Suns backcourt recently achieved a huge feat in the 2021 NBA Finals

Chris Paul and Devin Booker recently surpassed the Splash Brothers in most points combined by a starting backcourt through 2 games of an NBA Finals.

The Phoenix Suns currently have one of the best backcourts in the NBA. The arrival of Chris Paul during the 2020-21 off-season, combined with the scoring ability of Devin Booker, have made the Suns one of the best teams in the NBA as far as shooting efficiency goes.

Devin Booker averaged 25.6 PPG during the 2020-21 regular season on a 48.4% shooting from the field. While veteran point guard CP3 averaged 16.4 PPG on a 49.9% shooting from the field and 39.5% from the 3-point line.

One cannot forget to mention the Splash Brothers of the Golden State Warriors when we talk about the best backcourts in the NBA.

Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson have changed the way the game of basketball is played today. The duo has reinvented the game with their 3-point shooting.

Though Klay Thompson missed the last 2 NBA seasons due to catastrophic injuries, he is career 41.9% from the 3-point line.

2x NBA MVP Stephen Curry had one of the best seasons of his career this year. Curry was crowned the scoring champion this year, shooting 48.2% from the field and 42.1% from the 3-point line.
