"Kevin Durant and co lost to the Lakers without LeBron James and AD": Kyle Kuzma seems to troll the Nets for their loss last night

Lakers’ forward Kyle Kuzma trolls Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving after a shorthanded Los Angeles Lakers beat the Brooklyn Nets

The Los Angeles Lakers made their way to Barclays Center and emerged victorious on the road tonight. They took on the mighty Brooklyn Nets and emerged victorious 126-101.

The best part for any Lakers fan is that they beat the Nets without LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Kyle Kuzma playing.

The Lakers performed as a team and had 9 players scoring in double digits to secure this win. Andre Drummond led the way with his 20 points and 11 rebounds.

For the Nets, Kevin Durant scored 22 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and dished 5 assists. Kyrie Irving getting ejected did not help, as the rest of the team struggled to find their shots all night.

Kyle Kuzma trolls Kevin Durant the Nets fans with a classic LeBron James meme

Kyle Kuzma did not play tonight against the Nets due to a grade 1 calf strain. Before the match, the Nets were favored to win the contest easily, as the Lakers lacked their two best players. However, the Lakers managed to find their ground as a unit and beat the mighty Nets team in their own home.

Kuzma took this opportunity to put out a tweet, which is assumed to be aimed at the Nets players and fans alike. While the tweet has no caption, the image in itself sends out a pretty strong message.

Sure, the Nets were undermanned themselves, with James Harden being out, and KD being on a minutes restriction. However, it does not justify their poor performance, considering they’re thought of as the early title favorites.

With their performance tonight, the Lakers have proven that when the situation arises, the defending champions can hold their own ground, with or without their stars.
