LeBron James Hilariously Gets Imitated By Kevin Hart In Skit About Shaq Falling

Shaquille O’Neal is one of the biggest figures in the world of sports, both figuratively and literally. Standing at 7’1″ and weighing close to 325 pounds, Shaq was the stuff of nightmares for his opponents. However, off the court, Big Diesel was known for his upbeat and extremely likable personality. This made it easy for people to talk to him and even easier for comedians to poke fun at him. And, that was exactly the case when Kevin Hart did an imitation of LeBron James interacting with Shaq at one of his shows.

Shaq and Hart have been friends for quite a while now. The two are even close with each other’s families. In fact, they once had a $1000 bet in place to see whether or not Kevin’s son Kenzo would laugh or cry upon seeing Shaq. And, with such a strong bond, it’s no surprise they’re so comfortable ribbing each other every chance they get.

Kevin Hart has made many friends over the course of his career as a stand-up comedian. And many of them are major celebrities. From his escapades with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to his friendship with rapper Ice Cube. Hart has friends in high places.

One such friend is Shaquille O’Neal. The two have been friends for a long time and share a very casual and heartwarming friendship. Perhaps the primary reason they are so close is their shared love for comedy. Both Shaq and Hart know how to crack a joke and they sure know how to take one as well.

More often than not the two can be caught making fun of each other. And, given O’Neal’s bulky and large appearance, it was easy for K-Hart to target that, and so he did. During one of his stand-up comedy gigs, back when Shaq was with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Hart made fun of the way The Big Aristotle falls, especially when he misses a rebound. Dramatizing how LeBron James would tell him to get up.

“Shaq when you fall during the games, it’s the funniest s**t I’ve ever seen. Hey you ever seen his after he fall? Next time look, I’m telling y’all next time you watch a game and he fall, this is exactly what he do look. It’s always something stupid, like he go up to get a rebound, he don’t get it and he go, ‘Oh No!’. And then this is LeBron, ‘Come on! God damn it Shaq get your a**…s**t man…get up!'”

From the looks of it, Shaq found this rather hilarious. But, Kevin Hart isn’t the only comedian to take aim at him. There are plenty of Shaq jokes out there, from Jay Pharoah’s spot-on impressions to Kat Williams’ taking shots at his immense size. He truly does enjoy a good joke, even if it is at his expense.

Kevin Hart is a big fan of sports and has made several appearances on a number of prominent shows. He’s had debates with Stephen A Smith on First Take and has roasted the cast of Inside the NBA on two separate occasions. In fact, Shaquille O’Neal loved having Hart on the TNT show, and wouldn’t mind having him on again.

It would be entertaining to witness the dynamic between Shaq and Kevin Hart again. Hopefully, Turner Sports can make something happen down the line.
