“Thanos, or maybe Jesus?”: Enes Kanter makes his predictions for who the Brooklyn Nets may sign with their final roster spot
Blazers’ Enes Kanter has some jokes to crack after ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski shares that the Nets still have a roster spot available.
The Brooklyn Nets have shaken a lot of things in the NBA with their recent signings. They shook the league when they managed to pull off a James Harden trade to the Nets. They kept giving the league tremors when they signed Blake Griffin at the All-Star break, and last night they signed LeMarcus Aldridge.

However, what’s scarier to think about is that the Nets still have one spot on their roster open. This leaves a lot of speculation, as to who the Nets target to get on board next.
With the squad they have, it seems like they do not need anyone else at all, but there is sure to be a signing for the final roster spot. While some say they may take a lockdown defender, others think they may invest in another big.
Enes Kanter pokes fun while making his guesses for the final Brooklyn Nets roster spot
While others may complain, there are always people who try to find the light during misery. Enes Kanter is one of those people. While others are busy complaining about how the Nets are making it a one-sided affair, and are making the league unfair, Kanter got his funny shoes on.
When Adrian Woj pointed out that the Nets still have another roster spot open, Kanter got his jokes on and gave his guess about who they might sign next. He claimed it may either be “Thanos? or maybe Jesus”.

Kanter, who played for a season and a half with KD, knows how unstoppable KD is. While it’s fun and all to joke about it, it is actually scary to think what big addition can be made with a final roster spot.
The Nets already seem unstoppable right now. The idea that they might add a weapon that may change the league for years to come if they play it right is quite compelling.
