Watch: Ja Morant Hitting the Griddy with Adorable 3-year-old Daughter Kaari Morant Goes Viral

Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies had an early exit in the Playoffs. But, the superstar guard is already enjoying his early off-season. The 2020 Rookie of the Year was spotted partying with his friends and family. And, a video from the night, of him hitting the Griddy with his adorable three-year-old daughter Kaari is now going viral.

Saying that this year has been hit-and-miss for Ja would be an understatement. While he did play some exceptional basketball, the two-time All-Star had quite a few woes in his social life. In particular, the whole fiasco surrounding him brandishing a firearm in front of a teenager and at a club.

However his friends and family have been there for him through it all. The shining light of his life is none other than his daughter whom he loves spending time with.

In 2019, just a few months after he was drafted second overall by the Memphis Grizzlies, Ja Morant became a father. Morant welcomed a healthy baby girl, Kaari into the world.

Three years on, Ja and Kaari are inseparable. The little girl is constantly seen cheering her father from the sidelines at almost every Grizzlies game. Not only that, they look so alike, that one may even say they look like twins.

Well, recently, Kaari has had to be there for her dad. He’s had a tough year, and the early first-round exit to the Los Angeles Lakers didn’t help. Nevertheless, he’s staying positive and was recently spotted at a party with his family. It was here that an adorable video went viral, showing Kaari hitting the Griddy, a move her father made popular. Overtime shared the video on their Twitter account.

The video definitely brightens up one’s day. It’s good to see, that no matter how badly he messes up, Ja has so many people who are there to guide him and support him through it all.

Morant had Kaari with his “baby mama” and  ex-girlfriend Kadre Dixon

When Kaari Morant is seen on TV, everyone immediately associates her with her NBA superstar father Ja Morant. But, who is her mother? Well, Kaari’s mom is none other than Kadre Dixon. The two met in 2017 and made their relationship official a year later.

However, a few months after Kaari’s birth, the two broke up. Despite this, both Ja and Kadre are on good terms and share co-parenting responsibilities.
