2 Years After Signing $258,000,000 Contract, Josh Allen Splurges $7,200,000 On Swanky California Beach House

Josh Allen is two years removed from signing a massive six-year, $258 million contract extension, and he just dropped $7.2 million on a beach house. Josh Allen is originally from California, so it makes sense that he’s finding a nice place he can come back to, relax in, and spend quality time without committing to a full, permanent property considering he lives all the way across the country in Buffalo. His beach house is in Dana Point, California, and specifically, it’s in Monarch Beach, the resort area of Dana Point.

Allen received his massive contract from the Buffalo Bills after putting up MVP-like numbers in the 2020 season. He showed that he wasn’t the inaccurate, turnover-prone quarterback that he seemed like he was in his first two years in the league. Josh Allen proved he was the face of the Buffalo Bills franchise, and since that year, they’ve been perennial playoff and Super Bowl contenders. However, Allen still needs to show that he can get over the hump and win a title with the Bills.

Josh Allen Has a Decked Out $7.2 Million Beach House in California Now

The Buffalo Bills quarterback had a major adjustment to make when he moved to Buffalo. After having lived in warm and sunny California his whole life, Allen now had to adjust to the cold and snowy winters of Buffalo.

That’s exactly why having a beach house in California is perfect for him. He’ll get to go back home over the weekends and breaks, spend some time off, vacation, and enjoy the weather.

His beach house is completely decked out too. From Mansion Global, Monarch Beach is a prime location for the property. “Monarch Beach is known worldwide as the resort area of Dana Point and is renowned for its numerous amenities, including pristine beaches, fine dining, golf, tennis, hiking and the Dana Point Harbor.”

The property spans 2,808 square feet, and it sits behind a privacy gate, making it the perfect place for him to be alone. The beach house comes decked with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace in the living room, and a space for a grand piano.

The property contains four bedrooms, a hot tub, and a terrace as well. For $7.2 million, he is clearly getting his money’s worth for the amenities the property has.

Details of the property are from Mansion Global, here.

Allen Will Have to Adapt Back to Buffalo’s Weather in a Pressure-Packed Season

While Allen has a place to take breaks now, he has to wrap his head around the idea of going back to Buffalo for the NFL season. The new year is just around the corner, and he is facing incredible pressure this year.

Allen has shown what he can do in the regular season, but now, he needs to prove that belongs in the playoffs too. A Super Bowl win is on the cards, and something below even an appearance in the big game would be considered a failure of a season for Allen.

Additionally, Allen has had a tough offseason with all the drama around Stefon Diggs and his absence. The rumors started brewing last year when Diggs and Allen yelled at each other during the loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in the playoffs. However, Allen is confident that things will work out between the pair, and they’ll be back to dominating once again.
