Aaron Rodgers’ Ex-GF Shailene Woodley Accepted Deleting Instagram Post Breakup as NFL Star’s Fans Made a Mockery of Her Personal Life
Aaron Rodgers, throughout his career, has dated many famous faces. The star QB, who is currently engaged in a trade war between the Packers and the Jets, is not only a skilled player on the field but also famous among the ladies. Out of all his former ex-girlfriends, his relationship with the ‘Fault in Our Stars’ actress stands out the most. Shailene Woodley and A-Rod dated each other for over a year, but called it quits in 2022.
The former Super Bowl winner dated NASCAR driver Danica Patrick as well for two years. They broke up in 2020. He then moved on to date Woodley. The former couple announced their engagement in 2021 after a short period of seeing each other. However, they were unable to work things out between themselves. As a result, they called off their engagement in 2022.
The 31-year-old had addressed her relationship with the future Hall of Famer in the past. Though her description of her relationship with Rodgers was bleak, she shared one particular aspect of her relationship that she disliked.
Shailene Woodley was tired of the constant attention her relationship received
The Hollywood actress gave an interview to Net-A-Porter with Tyler McCall. where she discussed her experience working on “Three Women.” The filming of the show went on from October 2021 to May 2022. The filming took a toll on her because she was going through the darkest and hardest time of her life.
She explained that her relationship with A-Rod was under heavy scrutiny. It was her first public relationship in which she felt the pressure. Woodley never realized that millions of people were paying attention to her personal life.

“It was the first time that I’d had a quote-unquote ‘famous’ relationship, and I watched [the] scrutiny, opinions, the desire for people to know my life and his life and our life – it just felt violating in a way that, before, it was fun,” Shailene had claimed. Because she felt like she was sharing too much on the internet, she decided to delete Instagram from her phone. Doing so, helped her significantly.
Woodley knew a different version of Aaron Rodgers
The former ‘Big Little Lies’ actress was a guest on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ a little while ago. There she confirmed that the two stars were engaged. “Yes, we are engaged. But for us, it’s not new news, you know, so it’s kind of funny. Everyone right now is freaking out over it and we’re like, ‘Yeah, we’ve been engaged for a while.’ ”
While on the show, she accepted that she did not know who the NFL superstar was. “I still have never been to a football game because we met during this wacky, wacky time and all the stadiums were closed that he was playing in. So, I have yet to go to a football game,” she said.
Woodley also admitted that she’d “never seen one football game before” and that sports weren’t on her “radar.” She added, “I don’t know him as a football guy. I know him as like the nerd who wants to host Jeopardy! That’s the dude I know. He just happens to be very good at sports.”
