After spending $16,500,000 on a “Jalen Hurts-Special” Eagle, Kevin Hart Reveals the Only Solution to His Self-Induced ‘House-Destroying’ Problem
Jalen Hurts has quickly established himself as one of the finest young quarterbacks in the competition. His astounding gameplay last season mesmerized football fans across the planet. However, Hollywood superstar Kevin Hart seems to be the biggest Hurts fan out there. As reported by CBS Sports, the ‘Jumanji’ star, to celebrate Eagles’ trip to the Super Bowl a few months ago, spent a whopping $16.5 Million to purchase an actual Eagle, which he obviously ended up naming after Jalen Hurts.
While celebrities often engage themselves in wild purchases, Kevin, as he himself admits, went way overboard in a bid to showcase his love for the team from Philadelphia. As a result, when Hurts recently signed a massive $255 Million deal, Kevin asked the QB for a special favor which would ultimately help him take his mind away from his ‘big birdie-sized’ mistake.
Kevin Hart wants Jalen Hurts to win a Super Bowl for him
Jalen Hurts was absolutely sensational during the 2022 season. In fact, his team emerged as the most ruthlessly consistent unit in the entire competition, winning 14 out of their 17 regular season games. Thoroughly elated with his favorite team’s success, Kevin ended up spending a whopping $16.5 Million on an Eagle, who has apparently wreaked havoc in his household.
“I purchased an Eagle because of you man. This bird has been destroying my damn house. The only thing that can fix this is a Super Bowl. Now fix it man,” Kevin wrote on Jalen’s Instagram post, which he had rolled out after signing his $255 Million deal with Philadelphia.

Hart had then gone on to congratulate the superstar for securing such a massive and well-deserved pay raise. While Hart’s request seems legitimate, one must understand that he bought an Eagle just to celebrate his team’s entry to the Super Bowl. God knows what the cinema star will purchase in case the Eagles end up lifting the Lombardi this coming season.
Lamar Jackson snatched the ‘highest earning QB’ crown away from Jalen Hurts
Hurts scripted history when it was revealed that he had signed an unprecedented $255 Million, 5-year extension deal. As per the contract, his average annual salary stood at $51 Million which instantly made him the highest paid QB in the competition(on yearly salary basis).
However, Jalen couldn’t hold the record for too long as Ravens QB Lamar Jackson, just days after Hurts’ deal, signed a whopping $260 Million 5-year deal, bringing his average annual salary to $52 Million. Moreover, Jackson also ended up saving another $7.8 Million in agent fee, as his mother had negotiated the extension with the Ravens.
Undoubtedly, Hurts was trumped by Lamar who now sits proudly on the top of the “highest earning footballers” list. It will be interesting to see how these two stars fare in the coming season.
