Perhaps the most intriguing thing about athletes and entertainment giants is how small the world really is for them. It is not very uncommon for fans to be hit with news of a personality dating someone who already had famous beaus before. Adding herself to that list is Instagram model and influencer Joie Chavis. Her recent famous boyfriend? Dallas Cowboys’ cornerback Trevon Diggs.

The couple sent shockwaves through the NFL community after a video of them kissing after a game surfaced on Twitter. The game in question is the Cowboys’ win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Christmas Day. Where they inched past their division rivals to win 40-34. But the highlight of the game seems to have been Diggs trotting over to the sideline and smooching Chavis, who was cheering him on.

This is not the first time the couple has been linked together, though. During the Cowboys’ emphatic win over the Detroit Lions, Chavis was in the stands with a cup featuring Diggs’ face. Evidently, she was there showing support for her man.

What shocks fans is that Chavis has an interesting past, one that involves a lot of celebrities. She shares children with rappers Bow Wow and Future and was also once spotted kissing P. Diddy on his yacht in Italy.

Fans had some hilarious reactions to the video in question. Almost everyone has the same question in mind: why do players and rappers end up dating the same women? What makes it more intriguing, is that she’s almost 10 years older than him, an age gap most people would be uncomfortable having. Not to blame Diggs, he has the right to pursue whatever floats his boat. If only the fans felt that way.

Apart from the flak he’s receiving for his relationship choices, Diggs has been having a great time with the Cowboys. His team is en route to play in the postseason, and they look strong enough to mount up a challenge for the NFC Championship. The Eagles are the only possible thorn in their path. However, Christmas day showed them no bird can fly high enough to escape their lassos. Exciting playoffs ahead!
