Damar Hamlin’s injury really shook the entire world. Everyone, right from the fans, players, experts to even rivals were praying for the star safety to regain consciousness.

Thankfully, their prayers have been answered as Damar has shown remarkable improvement over the last few hours. This really shows that if the world unites for a great cause, miracles can happen in super quick time.

When Hamlin was first admitted to the UC medical facility, the first update that came out stated that his vitals were stable but a breathing tube was inserted which made a lot of fans quite nervous.

However, on Friday it was reported that Hamlin’s breathing tube has been removed upon his awakening as he is continuing to get better and better. Moreover, what really ended up cheering Damar’s teammates and his fans was the fact that he was able to FaceTime his mates a little while ago.

Damar Hamlin is showing great signs of improvement

The Buffalo Bills recently Tweeted that Damar FaceTimed into the team meeting on Friday and had a chat with the coaches as well as his mates during which he uttered, “Love you boys.”

This is a great sign and we all hope that he recovers completely in super quick time. For the unversed, Hamlin collapsed during this week’s Monday Night clash between Cincinnati Bengals and the Buffalo Bills.

The star safety was attempting to tackle Tee Higgins when he fell. Although he was able to get up at first, he looked a bit disoriented and quickly collapsed on the field again.

Thankfully, Hamlin was administered CPR on time and was quickly rushed to the hospital. Fans gathered in numbers around the UC medical facility, eagerly waiting for an update about the champion athlete.

It was conveyed that his condition was really critical but with time, he has shown signs of massive improvement. Moreover, Damar’s collapse has sparked the conversation around player safety once again and hopefully, this time, it will result in the implementation of a few important measures.
