The former NFL player was questioned by police in the baggage claim area of the airport. According to the police, Parms, who briefly played for the Atlanta Falcons, Buffalo Bills, and Carolina Panthers, allegedly grabbed another person’s bag from a carousel and took it somewhere else.
He allegedly looked through the bag and took out a phone charger. He then put the piece of luggage on a different carousel after crossing the terminal to the north section, according to investigators.
After that, he left the complex. According to the police, Parms was found in the luggage two and a half hours after the passengers arrived at the airport. Body camera footage of an arrest by officers was also made available revealing striking details.
“Did you fly?” an officer asks Parms in the video. “No,” Parms answers. The officer then said, “OK, so you had no business even going to a carousel.”

After being accused of theft, Parms was taken to the Clayton Jail. After Parms graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2015 and went undrafted, the Atlanta Falcons decided to sign him. The Buffalo Bills and Carolina Panthers also signed him after the Falcons released him in 2015.
Despite being selected by the NFL, Parms never played at the professional level and has instead been benched ever since. Even though he did play for his college and had a good record there, he was never given the opportunity to play in the NFL.
Parms was signed by the Atlanta Falcons after going undrafted out of Florida Atlantic University in 2015 during his brief time in the league.
In 43 games for the Owls during his collegiate career, Parms recorded 186 tackles (104 solo), 11.5 tackles for loss, one sack, three forced fumbles, one interception, and eight passes defensed.
