Kirk Cousins continued, “I said okay because I’ve been burned a lot in the past. When you know people have access and then you don’t get to see what they do with it and then they take it in a direction you didn’t think”. He further stated, “It was happening, so the chance to see the content, approve it was a big deal. Then the fact that NFL films was the middleman filming it and editing it, I just felt there was a lot of trust.”

Kirk mentioned being around Patrick Mahomes a few times. Talking about Patrick, Kirk said, “He’s an awesome guy and I really enjoyed getting around him a couple of times. I’ve been around him, especially at the premiere that we had a few weeks ago. But as we left the theater, he put his arm around me and kind of joked, ‘I gotta clean up the language’. I laughed I said you’re good man.” As the ‘Quarterbacks’ series unfolds, fans eagerly anticipate gaining a deeper understanding of the lives of these remarkable NFL quarterbacks.
Expanding the Roster: Peyton Manning Plans Featuring More QBs in Season 2
In a recent appearance on ‘The Pat McAfee Show‘, Manning revealed that Netflix has given the green light for the second season of ‘Quarterback’. Peyton emphasized that the three quarterbacks from the previous season balanced the show and professional life impeccably. He stated, “Patrick Mahomes proved that, Kirk Cousins proved that, Marcus, the way he handled that, proved that”. However, it’s been reported by Dov Kleiman that Chicago Bears’ quarterback Justin Fields is already on the declining list. Nonetheless, Manning remains optimistic, hoping that other quarterbacks will be more than willing to participate.
