Is Tom Brady going to Hollywood? Despite announcing his retirement from the NFL arena, the veteran continues to make headlines with his interesting moves. Recently, the seven-time Super Bowl champ was seen visiting an under-construction mansion in California. He walked around the property and had a closer look at the entire estate. This incident has garnered immense media attention, although Brady has refrained from making comments in this regard.

The NFL legend boasts a diverse real estate portfolio. Over the last couple of years, he has been expanding this business into various fields, and purchasing luxurious properties has become a major aspect of his investments. It seems this new mansion is under his radar and might go off the market soon.

Tom Brady spotted checking out a massive mansion in California

After announcing his divorce from the Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, the veteran rented a $70,000-per-month apartment in Surfside. He has been living there ever since and occasionally hosts his kids, Benjamin and Vivian. The veteran has a soft corner for California, especially because of his childhood memories with his mom and other aspects that made him the man he is today.

Intending to keep all these memories intact, Brady is probably eying to own a grand property. The former quarterback was accompanied by his longtime friend Kevin Brady when he went to check out the said mansion.

Apparently, the mansion is under construction and has two huge wings with a central building adding beauty to its overall structure. The property also has a luxurious pool, which is now filled with dirt because of the construction work, as reported by the Daily Mail.

Back in the day, Brady spoke about his affection for California and its warm weather, which makes it suitable for families to reside there forever. “I was a native Californian for a long time in my life and moved away from it for about 25 years. I love the warm weather, and it’s been a great feeling to get back to that,” he had said in an interview, per MARCA.

Brady’s new mansion is still under construction

Interestingly, the veteran has a real estate property on Indian Creek Island as well, which is known as Billionaire’s Bunker. He and Bündchen bought it together for a whopping $17 million, and are currently building a new house.

The construction is still underway, and Brady often visits the site in his yacht to supervise its progress. Despite suffering a huge setback in his marriage, Brady continues to focus on his family and expand his business.
