It is worth noting that while his recent arrest wasn’t because of allegations relating to human trafficking, Andrew Tate has had the same allegations in the past. Back in April this year, his house was raided. And the former kickboxer was arrested for the alleged kidnapping of two young females. However, there is no further update on the case as of now.
How was Andrew Tate arrested?
It is being suggested that the Romanian police got to know of Andrew Tate’s presence in the country because of a recent video he posted on Twitter. ‘Cobra’ had posted a video on the platform taking shots at young environmentalist Greta Thunberg and boasting his car collection.
In the video, he was seen eating a pizza from the box of a Romanian pizza chain ‘Jerry’s.’ And that’s how the Romanian police were informed of his presence in the country. It’s safe to say that Andrew Tate dug his own grave with that.
