Beneil Dariush has upped his current winning streak to 5-0. The Iranian defeated Scott Holtzman in the opener of the main card of UFC Vegas 6, via. a TKO. The 31-year-old dropped Scott Holtzman after a dominating display. In the first minute, Holtzman had some couple of inadvertent eye pokes on Dariush, which made the referee Herb Dean to stop the flow twice in the initial seconds. After that it was no looking back for Dariush, who at the 2:15 mark landed a vicious knee to the face of his opponent. Holtzman however, showed some persistence but Dariush landed more punches and weakened Holtzman. The match ended in the first round itself (just 12 seconds before its culmination) after Beneil Dariush connected a huge elbow on the side face of Holtzman, ultimately dropping him on the floor.
