GSP Says “Khabib is the Best Fighter….” and Exhibits a Bird’s-Eye View Of The Potential Fight
GSP hails Khabib Nurmagomedov as the best fighter on the planet, right now. And conveyed he may not be able to showcase his best performance, if the fight with Nurmagomedov indeed becomes official.
One of the greatest fighters in the history of MMA, Georges ST-Pierre thinks that Khabib Nurmagomedov is the best fighter right now. In an interview with BT Sport, the french expressed his contentment with the current Lightweight Champion, and also reflected why the fight won’t be on the same level, if he decides to come out from the retirement and face Nurmagomedov.

Khabib Nurmagomedov, who is set to face Justin Gaethje in October, is also eager to challenge Georges ST-Pierre for an in-ring bout, and thinks April next year, would be the ideal month for the ultimate battle.

GSP Believes Khabib Nurmagomedov Is The Best Fighter On The Face Of Earth
It has been weeks since the speculations about the dream match-up became apparent. And Dana White is seemingly interested as well. However, everything regarding the potential fight will remain obscure, until an official announcement drops by. Meanwhile, the two fighters have been vocal about each other’s achievements. And it is GSP who has recently come out with a huge statement. In a chat with BT Sport, GSP has said, “Khabib I believe is the best fighter, right now, on the face of the Earth, on the face of the planet. He is the best right now.”
GSP also talked about, what he may go through if the fight with him indeed takes place, he said, “I am 39 years old. I don’t think i could go 155 without my performance being compromised.”

While, Khabib Nurmagomedov would be focused on his upcoming fight with Justin Gaethje, at UFC 254, which itself promises to be an enthralling fight. The fans still would want to see GSP Vs. Nurmagomedov in future, as the record of these men speaks volumes. And a 5-round fight will settle the rising debate viz. who is better between the two.
