It’s the pay-per-view day again and would be the penultimate of the year. With this feature event UFC has planned a Flyweight feast for the enthusiasts, as both the respective men’s and women’s flyweight titles would be on the the line in the main event and in the co-main.
While it would be the first defensive outing for Deiveson Figueiredo, on the other hand it is going to be 4th of the sorts for Valentina Shevchenko, who is also set to become one half of the history modifier, as she and her sister Antonina Shevchenko will step inside the arena as the first female siblings to feature in the same UFC card.
Besides the headliners, main card contains three more fights, and among those, one is between Mike Perry and Tim Means. This fight is a bearer of quite a lot of attention, not because of any build-up between the two men, but because Perry was found 4.5 pounds overweight at the weigh-in segment, and despite that he was animated on the stage. So, it would be interesting to see how it pans out for him on the real stage, where unlike the weigh-ins no provision is there to take.
