WWE release Tyler Breeze, Fandango and several more talent. The WWE have decided to part ways with yet another group of wrestlers.
The WWE have let go of several talent since Wrestlemania 37. The promotion have released even more today. According to Sean Ross Sapp, WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan led the charge on the discussions leading to the cuts.
There was a meeting as of early this afternoon where specific WWE cuts were being discussed, with Nick Khan leading the charge on that. No word on when they’ll happen. Hopefully they just….don’t.

The WWE have decided to part ways with a host of names. Most of them are talents that featured mainly on NXT. However, among them are also Tyler Breeze and Fandango, the duo who came together to be known as Fandango on the main roster before moving back to NXT.
WWE release Tyler Breeze, Fandango and several more talent
According to PWInsider, apart from Tyler Breeze and Fandango, the WWE have also released Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese, The Bollywood Boyz (Sunil Singh, Samir Singh), Marina Shafir, Arturo Ruas, Curt Stallion, August Grey and Ever-Rise (Chase Parker, Matt Martel).
At the heights of their career, Breezango were the most over act on SmackDown with their weekly Fashion Files segments. Unfortunately, this did not result in a title run although the duo did pick up the NXT Tag Team Championships once.
Both Daivari and Nese signed with the WWE back in 2016. They both wrestled their last match on the June 8 WWE 205 Live show, teaming up to beat Ari Sterling and Asher Hale. Nese leaves as a one time Cruiserweight Champion.
The Bollywood Boyz made a name for themselves as Jinder Mahal’s lackeys during his run as the WWE Champion. Marina Shafir unfortunately never had a significant run in the promotion. Her last match was all the way back in January 29, teaming with Zoey Stark for a loss to Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart.
Ruas signed with the WWE back in 2015. His last match with the promotion was last year in a loss to NXT Cruiserweight Champion Kushida.
Stallion joined the promotion last year. He last wrestled in March teaming alongside Mansoor for a win over the Bollywood Boyz. A wrist injury has kept him out of action since.
Grey also joined the promotion last year. His last appearance will come tonight on tonight’s taped episode of WWE 205 Live.
Ever Rise signed with the WWE back in 2016. They recently received their own WWE YouTube show this week.
Stay tuned for more releases.
