xQc might have done the unthinkable. The former Overwatch pro has finally beaten Forsen’s Minecraft speedrun record after attempting to break it for nearly two years. The Twitch streamer had it on his 2023 resolution document he shared on stream with his audience. Forsen held an older record of 20:38, which was set by him a few years ago.

Did xQc beat Forsen’s Minecraft record?

After raging extremely hard a few days back, xQc made breaking Forsen’s speedrun time one of his new year’s resolutions. The clip from a few days ago of him pounding his table went viral and trolls were quick to comment on it. However, this can be termed as a redemption run since xQc finished all of his speedrun tasks at 19:56.

Jake Lucky, a popular name in the esports community shared a clip of him completing celebrating as he completed the tasks on his Twitter. Fans had hilarious reactions to his tweet. One of the fans said, “xQc actually made content rather than reacting to someone else.”

xQc and Forsen had a bit of a tug-of-war when it came to claiming the record. Before setting a new record, xQc had clocked 20:45, which was broken by Forsen’s 20:38. Since then, xQc had been trying to break the record.

What else is on xQc’s resolution list?

Since xQc shared what he wanted to do in 2023 with his audience, they have been eagerly awaiting a few events. One of the few things mentioned in the list is his goal to host a subathon. Back in 2021, he was one of the few people to host one and since then many streamers have followed in his footsteps.

One of the most popular subathons was the one hosted by Ludwig. It lasted 31 days before he had to stop it.
