The game-play of UFC 4 is set to be different than that of UFC 3
The very first perceptible change in the game is the departure of popular MMA commentator Joe Rogan, who is replaced by Daniel Cormier. Further, Bruce Lee would be present in the game, and would be an addition in the character’ list.
Coming on to the game-play, here are some of the changes,
- The reality quotient gets an elevation.
- The grappling and take-down manouvres are quickened, and function more smoothly
- More emphasis on Submission moves, to make it less complicated this time
Another major development is UFC 4 will directly start from the “career mode”, where multiple fighting styles, like Boxing, Kick-boxing, Wrestling, and Jiu Jitsu would be practiced. Now the prospects can also accept or reject fights, which will have an effect on the career trajectory in the game. Further, new catalogues will be available in the create-a-fighter segment.
It could be concluded that the scale of the game has increased to manifold, and a better user experience is the final focal point. Further details are laid out here.
For more, August 14 is the date to look forward to. The game is available for pre-order, and PS 4 and Xbox one are the exclusive platforms (As of Now).
