“The stuff Stephen Curry pulls up for, I think they’re bad shots, but they’re cash”: Dwyane Wade and Tiger Woods discuss the Warriors superstar and how he changed the game
Warriors’ superstar Stephen Curry earns praise from legends Dwyane Wade and Tiger Woods for revolutionizing the game of basketball
If one thinks about the most entertaining basketball players in the NBA, Stephen Curry is one of the top names on the list. The 2x NBA MVP has the widest range of handles, and one of the biggest shooting ranges in the game of basketball. Anywhere from beyond the half-court is a good percentage shot for the Baby Faced Assassin.
Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors revolutionized the way the game of basketball is played currently. They showed how being big and dominating the paint is not the only winning way. The Warriors, led by Curry, won a championship and recorded an NBA high of 73 wins with their perimeter shooting. Recently, 3x NBA champ Dwyane Wade discussed Stephen Curry and his apparent ‘bad shots’.
Dwyane Wade and Tiger Woods discuss Stephen Curry and his impact
Dwyane Wade is working on his golf game and was recently getting pointers from the GOAT Tiger Woods. The conversation somehow drifted to Stephen Curry. Wade, who earlier this year called Curry his favorite player to watch, was yet again all praise for the Warriors star.
“Right. I don’t know about you — you’ve been watching basketball for a long time. I’ve been playing and watching for a long time. But the stuff I see Steph Curry do, I’d be like, there’s no way, there’s no way them shots are going in and they be cash. I mean, how?
“I’d be like, how? But, in my mind, I’m like, it doesn’t really make sense. The fact that he can shoot like that and them is what we would call, ‘bad shots.’
“It doesn’t really make sense… In our generation, that are ‘bad shots.’ But for him, they are his shots.”

Tiger Woods agreed with the same and added that Curry had changed the entire game of basketball for good.
It would be nice for Curry to hear praises from these two, as he prepares for the grind of the upcoming season. With Klay Thompson returning, the Warriors are looking to get back in contention shape, and no amount of work is ever enough for the same.
