WATCH: Stephen Curry Throws Up a Lob for Splash Brother Klay Thompson
The Golden State Warriors made their way to Sacramento to take on the Kings tonight. It is an incredibly important matchup for the Warriors, and the team knows it. Stephen Curry and Co. brought the intensity that way and built a lead as large as 17 points in the first half.
However, the Kings have come raging through in the 2nd quarter to cut the lead to as low as four points. The Warriors are playing without Andrew Wiggins tonight. Meanwhile, the Kings have rested De’Aaron Fox, Domantas Sabonis, Matthew Dellavedova, and Kevin Huerter.
A win tonight will help the Warriors build separation in the standings and possibly avoid the play-in tournament. On the other hand, a loss tonight can drop them to as low as the 8th seed. Knowing this, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson brought out their A Game.
Stephen Curry lobs it up to Klay Thompson
When one thinks of the Splash Brothers, the image that comes to mind is sharpshooters who can shoot the lights off. However, tonight we saw a new side. While on a fast break, Stephen Curry saw Klay Thompson cutting ahead, and tossed up a lob to him.
Klay was sure surprised by the same, but he rose up, caught it, and lay it in.

The players loved it, the bench loved it, and so did the fans! After that successful play, the Splash Brothers will be thinking about winning tonight and then at Portland to secure a 5/6 seed in the West.
