How to Make the Serpentine Camo in Warzone 2: Step-by-Step Guide
Making the camo is a long and complicated process that will take a while but the end result is worth it. However, this is not for beginners as you would need to have knowledge of where things usually spawn in the game. That being said, if you know what you are doing, it isn’t that difficult and this guide is all about that.
We recommend that you hop onto these missions with your friends because it will be much easier to complete these missions. Now, to craft the camo, you will need to assemble four primary ingredients. We are going to list them in the next section. However, to assemble the first ingredient, you will have to undergo a tedious process of finding materials and creating it. Well, without further ado, let’s get into the details.
Recipe to Unlock the Serpentine Camo
The recipe to unlock the Serpentine Camo in Warzone 2 calls for four major ingredients. Three of them can be easily found/obtained in Warzone 2 and we will cover how to do that in the later sections but the first one is going to be the most tedious and difficult one. Check out the ingredient list below.
- Serpentine Camo = Blackcell Hand Cream + Chemist’s Acid + Heavy Chopper Fuel + Skeleton Key
As you can see, the four ingredients are given above. Among them, the Chemist’s Acid, the Heavy Chopper Fuel, and the Skeleton key, you will find. The Blackcell Hand Cream is impossible to find. That is why, before starting the expedition, we recommend that you get a Secure Backpack which will let you carry items from different maps.
You can find it through Barter Systems, Buy Stations, or Orange Caches. Now, let us see how you can unlock the Blackcell Hand Cream.
Making the Blackcell Hand Cream
To craft the Blackcell Hand Cream, you will require four different ingredients as well. Those four ingredients are
- Premium Liquor
- 3 Plate Stealth Vest
- 3 Plate Comms Vest
- 3 Plate Medic Vest
The Premium Liquor can only be crafted in the game and cannot be obtained from loot. We will look at how you can craft it in the next section. As for the 3 Plate Vests, you can make them by visiting the special Buy Stations in Koschei Complex.
How to Craft the Premium Liquor and Obtain the Other Items
Now, to craft the Premium Liquor, you will need four other items as well. The ingredients to craft the Premium Liquor and how to obtain them are mentioned below.
- Bombmaker’s Blend
- Bullfrog’s Blow Torch
- Two Calling Card
- Two Vintage Wine
You will need to craft the Bombmaker’s blend, we will see how you can do that in the next section. For the Blow Torch, you will need to defeat the Bullfrog boss in Vondel and loot them. To obtain the calling cards, loot players who have already looted the Scavenger boss.
Lastly, you can find the Two Vintage Wines lying anywhere on the ground on Vondel and Ashika Island. It should not take long for you to find them.
How to Craft the Bombmaker’s Blend and Obtain the Other Items
You will require four more ingredients to craft the Bombmaker’s Blend in Warzone 2. We know it’s a tedious process but it is worth it.
- Ancient Gun Oil
- Bombmaker’s Screwdriver
- GPU
- 200K Cash
You will have to craft the Ancient Gun Oil. We will look at that in the next section. For the Bombmaker’s Screwdriver, you will need to defeat the Bombmaker Boss in the Tsuki Castle on Ashika Island. As for the GPUs, you will have better luck finding them when you search inside the Chemical Storage Warehouse in Al-Safwa Quarry, The Computer Shacks in Hafid Port, Al Mazrah Police Stations, and Zaya Observatory offices.
Cash is found everywhere on all maps so keep collecting until you accumulate the amount.
How to Craft the Ancient Gun Oil and Obtain the Other Items
The Ancient Gun Oil is the final thing you will need to craft before we put everything together and craft the Blackcell Hand Cream. There are four ingredients in the Ancient Gun Oil as well.
- Diamond Bit Drill
- AQ Laptop
- Chlorine
- Damascus Dog Tag
Searching the Koschei Complex will net you the Diamond Bit Drill and the AQ Laptop. The Drill is behind a locked door in the Alpha Cluster Area. The AQ Laptop is found around the general vicinity, so make sure to keep your eyes open. You can find Chlorine commonly on any map.
Now, to obtain the Damascus Dog Tag, you will need to complete 10 successful exfils in a row. Or you must defeat an enemy who has done so, there is no other way around it. It will take you a decent amount of time to complete but it has to be done.
Putting it All Together to Make the Blackcell Hand Cream
Once you have all of the ingredients, it is time to put them together to make the Blackcell Hand Cream. We will now go in reverse, starting from the Ancient Oil and ending up at the Blackcell Hand Cream.
- Make the Ancient Oil with the ingredients we gathered in the Ancient Oil section.
- Once you obtain the Ancient Oil, mix it with the Bombmaker’s Screw Driver, GPU, and 200K cash to make the Bombmaker’s Blend.
- Now, combine the Bombmaker’s Blend with Bullfrog’s Blow Torch, Two Calling Cards, and Tow Vintage Wines to make the Premium Liquor.
- With the Premium Liquor, you will obtain the Blackcell Hand Cream by combining it with the various 3 Plated Vests. Now that you have the Blackcell Hand Cream, let us get access to the other three items.
How to Find the Chemist’s Acid
To find this, you will need to make your way over to Al Mazrah. Once you infill, open the Map and find a Yellow Radiation Zone. Make your way over to that zone and find an enemy that is wearing a Yellow Hazmat Suit. Eliminate the enemy and then loot them. You will find the Chemist’s Acid, In addition, you will also find an M13B and a Golden Skull. Now, onto the next item.
How to Find Heavy Chopper Fuel
This ingredient is not guaranteed in any given location. That is why, you will have to try your luck and search everywhere. However, you might get lucky searching the Al-Malik Airport, or the Cargo Train that circles the entirety of the map. If you are opting for Al-Malik Airport, we recommend searching every square inch of it until you find it, especially the terminal and hangar.
How to Find the Skeleton Key
The skeleton key can be found by completing certain Faction Missions. There are many of them which reward Skeleton Keys. Skeleton Keys can unlock any doors in Warzone 2. Your best bet is to find an easy DMZ mission and complete it.
Crafting the Serpentine Camo
It is time for the main event. After you have possession of the required ingredients, make your way over to Al Mazrah. Here we will make our way over to the Zaya Observatory and proceed to the secret lab below it. First, we recommend that you gather gas masks and radiation blockers. You will have to wait for radiation to hit the area before you start crafting the camo. Therefore, ensuring that you have adequate protection is important.
Open your Map and you will see a portable shop. Now, interact with the Deployable Buy Station there and trade the items you have for the Serpentine Camo.
