Mayanti Langer sends a beautiful message to husband Stuart Binny
Indian TV anchor, Mayanti Langer has a huge fan base in the country, as she has won everyone’s hearts with her entertaining and enjoyable style of anchoring over the years.
Mayanti was one of the first women to enter the space of sports anchoring in India, and initially struggled to make a name for herself in this industry. But years of hard work has paid off, as Mayanti has now become one of the most well known anchors in the country.
Mayanti first came in the limelight for covering the 2010 FIFA World Cup for ESPN. That opened up other doors for her, as she slowly started covering other domestic football tournaments, while also foraying into cricket.

She then joined Charu Sharma and others to cover the 2011 Cricket World Cup, which gave her a huge platform that attracted a lot of eyeballs. Her work was appreciated, as Mayanti soon started covering every cricket series that involved India and even hosted a show called Sports Power on Star Sports.
Cricket even managed to play cupid in her life, as Mayanti eventually met her husband Stuart Binny. Son of the great Roger Binny, Stuart met Mayanti and married her in 2012, thus completing a great story for Mayanti.
Stuart Binny became a regular for team India a couple of years back, and even made it into the 2015 World Cup squad. But he eventually dropped out of the team, and now spends most of his time playing domestic cricket and franchise T20 leagues all around the world.
Recently spotted at Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s reception together, the Binny’s looked great together as they came to give their best wishes to the power couple. Mayanti even sent a sweet tweet for her husband, which won everyone’s hearts!
