“Kevin Hart once pi**ed off Michael Jordan at a charity event”: Comedian tells hilarious story of how he irritated the Bulls legend
Kevin Hart loves getting under the skin of people in real life. But he may have bitten off more than he could chew by irritating Michael Jordan.
Hart revealed how he once pi**ed off the 14-time All-Star during a charity event in Las Vegas. Back in 2016, on the show, ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ Hart narrated a hilarious episode between the two:
“I pi**ed Mike off,” Hart said. “Mike had a charity event in Las Vegas; they called me, they wanted me to host the event. So, I get there to host the event. “I start teasing him. I was like, ‘Man, what age do you get to where it’s OK to wear your pants that high, and nobody addresses it.’”
“I was like, ‘Y’all telling me I’m the only one that thinks Mike’s past the legal limit for the waist.’ But it was like fun jokes. He had like the little square moustache at the time,” Hart said. “And I was like, ‘What is that?’ I said, ‘It looks like a thumbprint like you just smelled something.’”
Kevin Hart on his Michael Jordan fascination
Despite being a comedian and teasing the GOAT, Kevin Hart admitted Michael Jordan was his favourite player. He further narrated what their interaction was like:
“I see him; I’m like, ‘What up Mike? Hey,’, And he shook my hand, and he squeezed it real hard, and he was like, ‘You have a good day.’ I ain’t seen him since.”
“He’s still my favourite player, though. He’s still my favourite player, and if I see him again, I’m going to ask him about it. I’m like ‘You better lose the ‘tude, man.’”
Michael Jordan managed to win 2 three-peats with the Chicago Bulls. Nobody can take credits away from him for what he has done in his career. Not only his millions of fans around the world but also his opponents got mesmerised by his game.
MJ’s on-court success can be measured by his personal accolades and his insanely-filled resume. But as a person, funny tales like these give us a clear image of who the real Michael Jordan off the court was.
