Kentavious Caldwell-Pope shares a major play from the Lakers’ playbook
After the game, KCP was stopped on the court for a post-game interview. KCP had a huge game tonight, and he was excited to talk about it. Initially, he talked about how playing with LeBron and Anthony Davis has helped him blossom.
Then KCP went on to talk about how the Lakers look to attack. According to him, the Lakers follow the mantra that is to get the ball to the paint. As soon as you get to the paint, you either know that you’re attacking the rim, or you can pass it out to an open man for a trey.

The Lakers won the first game of their long 7-game road trip. It would be interesting to see how they handle themselves on the road-trip, which involves back-to-back games as well. They face the Bulls tomorrow on Saturday.
