7 Years Before Signing $6,000,000 Patriots Deal, Ezekiel Elliott Had Generously Gifted His Offensive Line Special John Deere ATVs

Ezekiel Elliott stunned the NFL world a few days earlier after finalizing his move to the Patriots. Moreover, to commemorate his trade, the $6,000,000 contract holder RB recently flashed his special diamond studded jewelry worth $260,000, that represents his Cowboys and Patriots jersey numbers. He signed a one year contract with the New England Patriots a few weeks ago.

Days after switching from 21 to 15, Elliott came up with a special way to pay homage to both his jersey numbers with a reversible chain. While Elliot might have moved on with the New England Patriots, he still paid respect to the Cowboys wherein he played for seven seasons. The chain is reversible in design and shows both the number ’15’ and ’21’ when flipped, hence, showcasing both his present and past jersey numbers.

Ezekiel Elliot’s New Piece of Jewelry is Studded With 70 Carat Diamonds

It would be fair to say that Ezekiel Elliott has stashed up a lot of cash in his playing career so far, having played with some of the biggest names in the NFL. As per 2023, Elliott’s net worth stands at approximately $25 million. This means he can afford to buy a few luxury items of his choice.

As reported by TMZ, while the exact amount Elliot splurged on the newly made reversible chain is not known, it might have burned a $260,000 deep hole in the RB’s pocket. As it turns out, the stunning piece of jewelry consists of 70 carats of emerald and round cut diamonds.

Spending just over quarter of a million dollars on a chain sounds insane but then again, NFL players are known to spill the cash on designer goods. The pendant has been designed by celebrity diamond setter Gabriel French and the kind of attention it has got Zeke confirms that we will see more NFL icons spending heavily on such goods in the time to come.

Ezekiel Elliott is Once Again ‘No. 15’ on the Team

When Ezekiel Elliott started out his career with Ohio State, he used to sport the number 15 jersey. He recorded 1,878 yards and 18 touchdowns in his sophomore year and 1,821 yards and 23 touchdowns in his junior year. Additionally, he got the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year award.

After making his way into the NFL, Elliott had to sport jersey number 21 during his entire Cowboys stint. He eventually churned out impressive numbers in the Dallas jersey. Especially in his rookie year where he recorded 1,631 rushing yards and also picked up the Rookie of the Year honors.

Elliott finished his Cowboys career with a total of 8,262 yards and 68 touchdowns and is only behind the franchise’s record holders Emmitt Smith and Tony Dorsett. Now, he is set to represent the New England Patriots and what makes the new chapter of his football journey even more intriguing is his return to sporting jersey number 15. It will be interesting to see how he performs for his new unit.
