Tom Brady

Tom Brady was the highlight of the Glazer family’s summer last year, but now they could be in play to land Lionel Messi too following his departure from Barcelona.

Brady signing with the Buccaneers last season shook the NFL world. The all-time great had played 20 long and incredible seasons with the New England Patriots, winning six Super Bowls. However, when the time came, Brady decided it was time to leave for greener pastures.

Messi’s case is a little different as he doesn’t exactly want to leave, but that’s what will happen now as he was unable to work out a deal with Barcelona.

Tom Brady And Lionel Messi In Two Years Would Be Huge For The Glazer Family

The Glazer family are prominent figures in the sporting world as they own both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Premier League club Manchester United.

Now that Messi is on the market, every club in the world will be looking to get their hands on him. Manchester United is a team that finished near the top of the table last year, but adding someone of Messi’s caliber could really put them over the top.

The Buccaneers and Manchester United are connected because of the Glazer family, and because of that, many people believe that if the Glazer family is able to somehow get Messi on to their club it would be huge as just last year, they landed another all-time great in Tom Brady.

Brady saw an opportunity to win in Tampa Bay, and win he did, as he took the Buccaneers to the Super Bowl in just his first year with the team, winning it all.

Signing two potential GOAT’s in back to back summers? That would be a crazy win for the Glazer family.

Messi is someone who can turn Manchester United into a football powerhouse just like Tom Brady did with the Buccaneers, and you have to believe that the Glazer family will be looking out for any way to bring Messi on board like they did with Brady.
