Dustin Poirier acknowledges Manny Pacquiao’s congratulatory message on Twitter. 

After knocking out the sport’s biggest name in the form of Conor McGregor at UFC 257, Dustin Poirier is the man of the hour. The Diamond is getting heaps of praise from the knowers of the game, and also from the legends of all combat sports.

The victory was so sensational that even boxing legend Manny Pacquaio could not resist posting his views about the finish. Pacquaio, who is set to get his boxing gloves on against Conor McGregor, expressed an “Anything can happen” in sports expression on his opponent to be’s defeat.

Soon after the culmination of UFC 257, Manny Pacquiao took to Twitter to laud the winner of its main event.

He wrote: Beautiful thing about the fight game, anything can happen! Congrats to Dustin Poirier Huge win!”

Dustin Poirier’s Response

Dustin Poirier is quite active on social media and upon noticing the Pac Man’s congratulatory message, Poirier left a benign response.

“Thanks Manny!”, Dustin Poirier retorted.

The win over McGregor has pushed Dustin at the threshold of initiating his own realm in UFC.
