WWE News: Next Challenger for WWE Universal Champion revealed. Who will face Seth Rollins for the Red Brands Top Title once he’s done with the Phenomenal one?
The Universal Championship is set to be defended at Money in the Bank. The Champion Seth Rollins will take on AJ Styles in the title bout. While this is a dream match for many, fans may not be thrilled to learn who his next opponent will be. According to the Slice Wrestling Twitter account, WWE have already pencilled in his next Opponent.

They have reported that, WWE officials have zeroed in on Baron Corbin to challenge Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship. These plans may however change if ratings continue to drop.

Baron Corbin has been heavily featured in their TV programming ever since he had a gimmick change and became the interim Raw General Manager. He has since garnered a lot of heat by the fans. Much of it though is ‘Go Away Heat’.
It remains to be seen if WWE will go through with their plans though. Like Slice Wrestling says, they cannot afford to lose anymore viewers.
Baron Corbin is one of the Participants in this years Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match. The winner will get a briefcase with a contract for either the WWE Championship or The Universal Championship.
Money in the Bank will take place on Sunday, May 19, inside the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
