Bill Goldberg conceded defeat in his last match which happened earlier this year at Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia against Roman Reigns. The 55-year-old wrestling legend was one of many superstars who failed to put an end to the title reign of Roman Reigns. After the match, it looked as if it was the end of Golberg’s career, however, a new report states that his career is far from over. Goldberg made his historic return to WWE in 2016 and reignited his feud with the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar.
He caused waves in the wrestling world after finishing off Lesnar in under a few minutes. After his rivalry with Lesnar concluded briefly, Bill claimed the Universal Championship by defeating Kevin Owens.
However, he lost the title to his formal rival Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 33. During his second run with the company, Goldberg even faced The Undertaker at Super Showdown. A dream match that turned into a fiasco.
Bill Goldberg’s new contract with WWE
The former Universal Champion has reportedly signed a new two-year contract with WWE that entails around five matches, mainly in Saudi Arabia and WrestleMania.
According to Xero News, three of the five matches will feature Bill Golberg facing younger talents he has never wrestled before. The report also states that Goldberg will get a chance at redemption as he will face Roman Reigns again.

Fans were shocked to see a rare Goldberg defeat via submission at the Elimination Chamber in February. Roman Reigns successfully defended his Championship after putting the wrestling veteran to sleep with a Guillotine Chokehold. It will be interesting to see how the duo cross path again. There are a bunch of young talents in the locker room that Goldberg has never faced, only time will reveal who’s “next” for Goldberg.
Goldberg confirms that he will return to WWE soon
Speaking with Max Kellerman on the 929ESPN radio show, the Hall of Famer said he is looking forward to returning to the ring soon.
Now that we are aware of his new terms with the company, Da Man is certain to return and settle his score with the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. Furthermore, Goldberg also showed that he is getting ready to compete after he posted a picture of his beastly physique on his social media.
Goldberg just told Max Kellerman that he will wrestle again at some point. Says he doesn’t want to go out losing to Roman Reigns.
