“It’s weird looking” – Gaming streamer Sykkuno states that Twitter’s X logo on the website and app is making it look like a really sus website

Thomas “Sykkuno” gained worldwide popularity from Twitch. He is now a renowned YouTube live streamer known for his gaming and reaction content. In his recent live stream, he stated that the Twitter X logo on the website and app makes it look like a really sus website. 

Twitter is one of the greatest social media platforms right now. Twitter is identified by its official bird logo, which is affectionately known as “Larry the Bird.” It was in late 2022, Elon Musk decided to buy Twitter. Now he has taken strong steps to change the name and bird logo to “X”. But not everyone is happy about the decision. 

According to Sykkuno the rebranding and the “X” logo for Twitter is not a good decision. Let’s dive in to know about his recent live stream to understand his thoughts about the new Twitter Logo.

Rebranding and changing the bird logo of Twitter to just “X” which is not all that surprising was a very controversial decision made by Elon Musk. Elon Musk stated that it was a part of his vision to make the platform into something that he calls “Everything App”. 

Sykkuno spoke on stream about seeing One Piece content on Twitter. He then decided to talk about the new X logo of Twitter. Sykkuno started by saying that he is not into reading Manga but he did open Twitter twice to look into the episodes. He then humorously adds, “Or X, whatever it is called, X”. 

The YouTube streamer adds that they have also officially changed the phone app logo to a full black “X”. He expresses that it felt really weird. Sykkuno says that if a random person in public with no social media knowledge would see him open the app with an “X” logo, the person would feel like he is opening a sus website. 

He personally feels any person will come up to him. He would eventually ask what he is doing in public and in broad daylight opening such a weird website. 

The stream chat informs Sykkuno that popular streamer Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter has shown the same reaction. Sykkuno replies telling that good minds think alike. He later adds that he does not understand the thought process behind the “X” logo. He is happy that they stopped with just one X and not a couple more because that would have been really bad.
