After Joe Rogan, UFC Title Contender Takes a Jibe at Conor McGregor Regarding Steroid Use
While on his road to recovery from the injury that he suffered in 2021, Conor McGregor has gained a lot of mass and looks heavier than most 185lbs fighters. This has opened a window of speculation for many people.
Many fans and celebrities are targeting the former lightweight champion regarding the use of banned substances. However, ‘The Notorious’ is currently out of the testing pool. Thus, nothing has been on the paper yet. But this isn’t stopping McGregor’s naysayers from taking a jibe at him.
Paulo Costa took a subtle dig at Conor McGregor
The Brazilian middleweight fighter recently took to his official Twitter account and posted a screenshot from the USADA website and wrote McGregor’s name on it. “Where is my Doping program, Jacket? Secret juice jacket for Mcgregor,” Costa wrote in the caption.
From the caption, Costa’s intentions were clear. The middleweight star was trying to convey that USADA might be giving leeway to the pay-per-view star of UFC. Costa has had a history with USADA. On his social media accounts, he was seen frustrated with frequent tests and has taken a jibe at them multiple times.

However, ‘Eraser’ is infamous for his memes on Twitter. Thus, it is hard to say if Costa was being serious or just fooling around. However, he is not the only one that has accused McGregor of steroid use in recent times.
Joe Rogan believes McGregor is high on steroid
The veteran UFC color commentator is famous for being frank and sharing his unfiltered views on certain topics in his podcast show The Joe Rogan Experience. Similarly, in one of his episodes, Rogan weighed in on McGregor’s current scenario.

In the episode with a fitness expert, Rogan was of the opinion that ‘The Notorious’ was using heavy steroids for his recovery. Thus he has gained this mass. The 55-year-old also stated that McGregor’s urine can melt the testing cup with this amount of steroid consumption
